Method Detail

addDiagnosticContext

void addDiagnosticContext(java.lang.String name,
                        java.lang.String value)

Adds a specific Logger Context to the current thread. This context propagates across the various SOAP Services across the Cordys platform.

Parameters:

name - name of the context

value - the value for the given name.

Throws:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - when name equals null

removeDiagnosticContext

void removeDiagnosticContext(java.lang.String name)

Removes a specific Logger Context from the current thread.

Parameters:

name - name of the context

value - the value for the given name.
